This really makes me mad... they've taken a great game and modernized it. UGH!
I blame my brother, Philip, for getting me into Monopoly at a young age - I think I was, what?, four when I started playing with his "help". (Yah, he was able to weasel his way into winning everytime until I learned that you wanted to get Boardwalk and Park Place almost immediately. He also wouldn't let me "save" money by putting it aside.) But, still, Monopoly was our tradition... espeically at Christmas. And, its really annoying when they take something that teaches problem-solving, counting, addition/subtraction, bartering skills, and all the great stuff Monopoly has to offer and make it "modern" (aka, easier to play and be lazy). Stupid modernizing of games! Grrr!
